Transformation Therapy (1h30)

Transformation therapy sessions can be conducted in French or English. As a registered ASCA therapist, certain complementary insurances, depending on your contract, partially cover sessions.

Individual therapy to help you overcome difficulties, follow your dreams, and live your passions.​

The first session always includes a thorough analysis of your issues, as well as a layout of specific therapeutic goals. It is also a good opportunity to get to know one another and discuss the various available modalities.

During transformation therapy, I use different techniques such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), hypnosis, Reiki, sophrology, visualization, breathing, shaking medicine, goal setting and steps to attain your life vision.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)

RTT sessions include an initial analysis, hypnotic regressions to the cause of the problem, reframing, therapeutic tools and a transformation recording. Sessions last approximately two to three hours.​

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), developed by the best selling author, therapist and public speaker Marisa Peer, is an extremely powerful and hybrid therapy, including fundamental principles of hypnotherapy, NLP and cognitive as well as behavioural psychotherapy.

RTT allows you to go back to the root of the problem and find the  unconscious beliefs established during formative years. Once those limiting beliefs resurface, it becomes possible to erase, eradicate and replace them with empowering and positive new beliefs, enabling you to reach your full potential.

Very deep hypnosis to in-between lives.
