The first session always includes a detailed intake, a thorough analysis of your problem, as well as a layout of specific therapeutic goals. It is also a good opportunity to get to know one another and discuss the various available approaches.
During therapy, I use different techniques such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), hypnosis, visualization, breathing, shaking medicine, goal setting, and steps to attain your life vision.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
RTT sessions include an intake, regressions to the cause of the problem, reframing, therapeutic tools, and a transformation recording. Sessions last at least 2 hours.
